We now ship pepper sprays to New York. The law does not prohibit us from shipping into New York. This is not legal advice. The law only states where you can buy it, and from whom, within New York. If you can buy it in PA, NJ, or another state, and bring it home with you to NY, there’s no reason we can’t ship it to you.

The state of New York has very strict laws regarding the shipment of chemical sprays (pepper sprays and Mace). Oddly enough, you can carry it, but we can’t ship it. Per the law, we cannot ship chemical sprays into or within the state. If you wish to purchase a chemical spray and you live in the state of NY, please ship your order to a neighboring state (PA, NJ, CT, MA or VT) and we will be happy to fulfill your order. If the shipping address is within NY state and the order contains a chemical spray, we will refund the amount of the chemical spray, and ship any remaining items. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to abide by the law.
