We now ship pepper sprays to New York. The law does not prohibit us from shipping from Virginia into New York. This is not legal advice. The law only states where you can buy it, and from whom, within New York. If you can buy it in PA, NJ, or another state, and bring it home with you to NY, there’s no reason we can’t ship it to you.
If you want to purchase pepper spray at a physical store within New York, you must do so at an authorized pharmacy or firearms dealer.
