Safety Technology Shorty Stun Gun with Flashlight
WARNINGS:
DO NOT DISCHARGE THE STUN GUN INTO THE AIR FOR MORE THAN 1 SECOND AT ATIME. REPEAT FIRING INTO THE AIR FOR MORE THAN 1 SECOND CAN DAMAGE THE UNIT AND WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
OPERATION:
The on/off switch is on the end of the flashlight. Slide the switch to the on position. Now use the safety/power switch on the handle. The switch on the handle of the unit has 3 positions, when the switch is at the bottom position it is OFF and works as a safety. When the switch is in the middle position it will turn on the flashlight and will stay on until turned off. Slide the safety switch to the top position it is ON (Stun Mode) and ready to activate. To activate the stun gun, press the black trigger above the switch, for 1 second only to. Discharging for more than 1 second at a time may damage unit and will void the warranty. You will see and hear an electrical
discharge between the electrodes. There is no need to charge the battery after each test. Make sure the wrist strap is around your wrist at all times when using this unit.
TO USE:
Touch an attacker with the metal contact probes while pressing the activation button. You can touch any part of assailant’s body, but the large muscle areas and the upper torso is your primary target.
A ½ second touch will startle and repel assailants, giving some pain and muscle contractions. A moderate length touch of 2 to 4 seconds can cause an attacker to fall to the ground and result in some mental confusion. A touch of 5 or more seconds can cause loss of balance and muscle control, mental confusion, and disorientation. No sound will be heard when touching an attacker with a stun gun. Under no conditions you can suffer a charge back to your own body, even if assailant is holding you. The unit cannot be damaged by continued firing into the body of an assailant but remember not to test fire the unit in the air for more than one second.
BATTERY INFORMATION:
The stun gun should work right out of the box, but it is a good idea to have a full charge of at least 6-8 hours but no more than 8 hours. DO NOT overcharge the battery; this will shorten the battery’s life span. A fully charged battery should hold a charge for 3 months, if your model has a light & it is used often then this time will be less. The best way to keep the battery fully charged is to charge the battery once a month for 1 to 2 hours (a little longer if you are using the light daily) this should keep the battery fully charged. But remember NOT TO OVERCHARGE THE BATTERY because this will shorten the battery’s life span. Under normal conditions the
battery can be charged up to 900 times. You need to keep the battery charged during storage. The battery must be charged every 3-4 months to keep the battery fresh and operational.

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defective material or factory workmanship and agrees to repair or replace such products under normal use. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. This device is only allowed to be carried by persons 18 years of age or older. Purchaser must only use the stun gun in a lawful manner for self-defense. Check your local and state regulations to determine if possession of this device is legal in the jurisdiction it is carried in.
